| Other reason | This company began contacting me via TEXT (719-53). I replied "STOP" and got this reply: "You are unsubscribed from Assurance Customer Service Notifications alerts. No more messages will be sent. For info call 844-680-6065". Well, today, they started CALLING me from 623-552-2309 — how do I know it was Assurance? I have a simple flip-phone; so, when a # shows up I'm not familiar with, I open my phone, wait a second so it connects, then hang up! That didn't stop them; they called back about 5 mins later; so, I repeated my procedure. Yup, 5 more minutes; so, this time, I answered saying, "What do you want?!" and then the RECORDING began, "Hi! This is Bill from Assurance. I'm so glad I finally reached you" … I hung up and haven't gotten anymore calls in about 45 minutes. Clearly this is a ROBOCALL! | 10/28/2019 12:35 pm | |
