Fraud Robocall stated that a lawsuit had been filed because I ignored previous attempts by IRS to collect back taxes. Said to call their number. I called the number, and the guy identified himself as Agent Cooper with the IRS. he had an accent and there was a lot of commotion in the background. When I told him I couldn't understand what he was saying because of the noise, he hung up. 07/02/2018 12:10 pm
