No insults! After a spam call, it can be quite natural that you are angry, but we'd like to ask you to refrain from insults or swear words. Insults make it quite easy for a spammer to demand the deletion of the comment. So, please share information not emotions.
No unverifiable claims Of course, one often has the feeling that at the other end of the line, there are scammers, cheaters, and similar, but sometimes the perceived fraud is a (barely) legal action. Therefore, please refrain from describing the caller as cheaters or similar. The spammers can otherwise easily insist on the deletion of your comment.
Simple description! It is best if you describe what you just experienced. Please leave us a valid eMail address. This can be very helpful if the spammer claims that all you wrote in your comment is wrong. If we can get in touch with you, it is easier to prove this claim wrong. Otherwise, in many cases, our only choice is to delete the comment.

| A person supposedly named "Jen" texted to my phone that my Wellcare account needed to be linked to my Social Security which in the past has been. Supposedly nothing is currently charged to the account but if in 2026 I want Social Security to receive the Wellcare charge I needed to "update" account. This is not the way that works rather the account holder in this case "ME" chooses Social Security to pay then "I" would contact either Wellcare/and/or Social Security with the proper information.
