No insults! After a spam call, it can be quite natural that you are angry, but we'd like to ask you to refrain from insults or swear words. Insults make it quite easy for a spammer to demand the deletion of the comment. So, please share information not emotions.
No unverifiable claims Of course, one often has the feeling that at the other end of the line, there are scammers, cheaters, and similar, but sometimes the perceived fraud is a (barely) legal action. Therefore, pleaseĀ refrain from describing the caller as cheaters or similar. The spammers can otherwise easily insist on the deletion of your comment.Ā
Simple description! It is best if youĀ describe what you just experienced. Please leave us a valid eMail address. This can be very helpful if the spammer claims that all you wrote in your comment is wrong. If we can get in touch with you, it is easier to prove this claim wrong. Otherwise, in many cases, our only choice is to delete the comment.Ā

| I was told that I was entered in a drawing for a prize. A car or the cash equivalent. And that I was to receive three free magazines. If I bought two other subscriptions at 6.67 per week. I was told to pay for one week so they could start the service. Then I was charged 39.90. I called to get my money back and cancel this order. I was told it would take 10 days to get refund.
